What’s Involved?
We provide permanent recruitment and contract/temp staffing solutions to healthcare and aged care organisations across Australia.

• You’ll match clients with great talent – mostly over the phone, but also through video calls and face-to-face meetings
• You’ll have the chance to run a recruitment desk that suits your skillset
• Consistency is key – but every day is different and you’ll make the role your own

Who We’re Looking For

• Mindset first – hungry to succeed, ready to work hard, and keen to live your best life
• Minimum 6 months’ sales experience (we’re open to different sales backgrounds)
• Driven, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of a winning culture

On offer is a very competitive base salary in the region of $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience but most importantly, uncapped commission opportunity that is simply life- changing for those who do well.
