This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal property management role, supporting a Senior Property Manager across 250 high-end properties. You'll help ensure every guest stay is seamless and every owner is kept informed - all within a supportive and fast-paced environment!

About the Role:
Supporting a Senior Property Manager and overseeing 250 beautiful homes, you’ll play a hands-on role in:
- Coordinating ingoings, outgoings & guest-ready property checks
- Managing communication with guests and owners (damage control, feedback, smooth stays)
- Overseeing VAs, maintenance scheduling & ensuring everything runs like clockwork
- Leading from the middle – driving quality, processes & service standards
This is not your standard agency PM role – it’s faster, more diverse, and genuinely more fun!
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Property Management, whether in short-term rentals or traditional residential portfolios.
- A current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s licence, and access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with both guests and property owners.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude, positive energy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
