We're on the lookout for a Leading Hand Multi-Skilled Operator ready to take the next step in their career. If you have hands-on experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers and dozers, and you're keen to grow into a Site Supervisor role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the role:

Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate all aspects of our resource recycling operations - from admin and equipment to team leadership and safety.

What You'll be Doing:

Champion Safety, quality and compliance across the site.

Support the Site Manager with daily operations.

Monitor plant and equipment, including pre-starts and breakdowns.

Lead a medium sized crew and drive productivity.

Help manage schedules, materials, and logistics.

Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Strong communication and a "lead by example" mindset.

Quick thinking and confident problem solving.

Solid understanding of site safety and operational efficiency.

Proven experience operating mobile plant and machinery (tickets for excavator, loader, skid steer, etc.)

Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership.

White Card and current driver's licence (HR preferred).

Comfortable with computers - Excel and maintenance planning systems.

Bonus Points For:

VOCs or RIIs for multiple machines.

Fire Warden or First Responder Training.

Experience mentoring or coordinating teams.

Background in waste management.
