The Role

In this sales-led position with a strong marketing and administrative focus, you will:

Use your existing sales and marketing experience while acquiring new skills through the company's external sales and marketing mentors.

Proactively reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound questions.

Follow up leads via phone, email, and social media to convert them into sales.

Support our direct clients with their digital marketing and promotional strategies.

Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Track and report on marketing performance for management.

Spray tan potential spray tan operators to demonstrate the quality of the TechnoTan products, which after 25 years in the space can’t be that bad😍(training provided and essential to the role).

Provide administration support, client communication, order processing, and scheduling.

Assist with events, collaborations, and community engagement.

From time to time, this position may require a degree of flexibility with working hours to allow for working in different time zones.

About You

You will need to be a results-driven professional who excels in building relationships and meeting sales goals, while bringing creativity to marketing campaigns.

You will need to have:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, and administration.

Strong communication skills (phone, email, social media).

Solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office, email, and an understanding in the use of CRM’s and Canva.

Demonstrated creative ability in content or campaigns.

Be open to the use of AI for creative efficiency and productivity.

A valid driver’s licence.

A passion for beauty and wellness, with a willingness to be trained in spray tanning.

Strong organisational skills and flexibility for occasional extra hours.

Assessment

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will undergo a skills assessment to ensure they meet all the stated requirements.

The successful candidate must provide a national police clearance and a health check if requested.
