Construction Equipment Pty Ltd is the authorised Australian / Pacific dealer for Maeda Mini Crawler Cranes, Sennebogen Crawler Cranes, Valla Pick and Carry Cranes, Tracked Carriers and Almac Carriers, remote controlled load carrying transport machinery and Uplifter glass lifters and panel handling equipment.

THIS ROLE

The Spare Parts Interpreter / Manager will be responsible for the operation of the spare parts department, achieving sales targets, implementing and ensuring customer service standards are met.

TASK

Monitor suppliers invoices

Monitor sales invoices

Answering customer spare parts calls and emails

Look up part numbers from online parts programs or manuals

Quote parts and freight from various freight companies

Create sales orders for service department jobs

Packaging and booking freight movements for outgoing and incoming parts, domestic &
overseas suppliers and customers.

ControI and order parts from various suppliers for inventory

Raising purchase orders for service department parts, consumables/tools/
factory expenses

Keep PPE and first aid supplies replenished.

Arranging 3, 6, & 12 monthly lifting gear (soft and chains) inspections and tagging.
