G Brothers Mercedes-Benz has an exciting opportunity to join our team in Mona Vale as an Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter.

We have been the authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer on Sydney’s Northern Beaches for over 55 years, offering new and pre-owned sales, a Service and Parts Centre and an Autobody Centre, we are one of Sydney’s only full-service Mercedes-Benz facilities.

This role would suit a confident, friendly, and service-oriented person who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver great results. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and to deadlines, servicing both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain adequate and accurate stock levels of parts.

Communication with customers via email and phone.

Raising of purchase orders and receipting of incoming stock.

Pick and pack goods

Manage freight and courier bookings.

Quote and deliver spare parts and componentry to internal and external customers.

Load/unload couriers and freight vehicles.

Maintain pricing and stock allocation.

Showroom merchandising, pricing, and maintenance.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent organisational skills.

Basic knowledge of automotives.

Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a highly professional approach.

A proven capacity to work autonomously, with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate.

A friendly, customer service orientated nature.

Awareness of environmental regulations and safety practices.

Eagerness to grow within the company and their career.
