Service & Delivery Technician

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Service & Delivery Technician to join our team. This full-time role combines technical support, warehouse duties, and customer-focused deliveries — perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in a rewarding industry.

About the Role:

Deliver and install assistive equipment (e.g. electric beds) with care and professionalism

Perform basic repairs and servicing, including troubleshooting and working with electrical components

Support customers and therapists during trials, deliveries, and product demonstrations

Assist with general warehouse tasks and maintain accurate delivery records

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and great customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Full-time availability for at least 12 months – we’re after someone committed and ready to grow with us

Basic technical or mechanical aptitude (preferred, but not essential)

Great communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment deliveries

A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Valid driver’s licence and current police check
