The position

We are currently offering a part-time (2-3 days a week) permanent Paralegal position in our Family Law Team.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking person. A candidate must be a Law Student, a PLT or a Law Graduate.

This role would suit a 3rd or 4th-year law student and has the potential to evolve into a long-term career with Genuine Legal. We will invest our time in mentoring! You will obtain real experience working in a law firm.

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for:

• Assisting Solicitors with Court appearances and Mediations;
• Assisting Solicitors with legal work, drafting documents, collating disclosure etc.
• Case Management;
• Billable target;
