What you’ll do

Coordinate multiple SaaS implementations across universities and research organisations.

Use AI tools to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and our projects remain on track.

Maintain clear project oversight (timeline, scope, risks & dependencies, actions) and be able to communicate these effectively to all stakeholders.

Become an effective client advocate to translate business requirements into practical solution delivery.

Work as part of a broad team on continually examining and redefining contemporary project delivery

About you

3+ years in coordination or delivery of long projects (8-18 months).

Strong organiser and communicator; steady under pressure.

Curious about AI and automation; comfortable adopting new ways of working.

Pragmatic with process (Agile/Kanban) and know when to keep it simple.

Nice to have: Exposure to research administration (ethics, grants, contracts, clinical or institutional research).

What success looks like in 6 months

Two implementations delivered on time with clear comms and no surprises.

Project oversight that give stakeholders confidence, and demonstrate you’re leading parts of a project end-to-end and on track for taking on Project Management responsibilities.
