  • Must have experience working with data in a hands-on, management/administrative capacity (not a data analyst or engineer role).
  • Strong process-driven, high-compliance, and detail-oriented personality, someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and ownership of processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a similar environment is preferred; direct experience with Wastedge (the operational system used) is not required, but would be a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills are required. - Ability to take accountability and own end-to-end processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience implementing or maintaining data controls, frameworks, and governance is desirable. - Comfortable working with large volumes of data (e.g., 24,000+ service lines per month).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, accounts payable, system/process improvement, billing, and procurement teams.
  • Not seeking a candidate with ambitions to move into an analytics or programming role is focused on data control, validation, and process compliance.
