Highly sought after 12-month fixed term position with a leading global company with an office located in Dandenong South, seeking a professional HR & Payroll Officer who enjoys variety and growing with the business!

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer who is wanting to step up and join a professional, dynamic & fast paced team environment.

In this role you will oversee the end - end HR operations through the employee life cycle, including on boarding and off boarding whilst co-ordinating and processing payroll for employees across multiple sites.

Role Requirements:

• Oversee end - end HR operations
• Ensure HR practices comply with Australian employment laws & policies
• Up to date knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Experience processing weekly payroll for employees
• Processing payroll for approx 200 employees across multiple sites
• Liaise with external payroll providers
• Manage workers compensation processes including claims lodgement
• Support hiring managers through the recruitment process

Key Competencies

• Processing weekly payroll
• 3+ years' experience in HR
• Qualifications in either HR or accounting
• High level of detail and accuracy in HR and payroll operations.
