This isn’t a back-office support role. It’s a linchpin position, the one that keeps us organised, sharp, and ready to scale our impact. You’ll be the systems brain, the ops engine, and the person who ensures our work lands with precision and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
Craft and format client-ready HR documents, impact reports, newsletters, policies, contracts, and position descriptions
Maintain our internal HR library, accurate, version-controlled, and always ready
Coordinate client projects, prep workshop materials, track deliverables, keep deadlines tight
Manage our Empowered Voices and HR Assist hotlines, log concerns, escalate with empathy
Support our consultants with admin, follow-up, and streamlined workflows
Keep our internal systems and dashboards running smoothly so the team stays aligned and on pace
You’re perfect for this if you:
Bring 3–5 years in HR Coordination or operational support
Are fluent in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel) and take pride in crisp, well-formatted docs
Have razor-sharp attention to detail and love keeping things moving
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
Care deeply about doing great work with a team that’s all about impact
The details:
Part-time or casual (20–25 hrs/week)
Melbourne-based, hybrid (WFH + 1 office day)
Flexible around life commitments
Reports to our Senior HR Consultant
Immediate start preferred
