WorkTrybe are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our market leading, national client in their Port Melbourne office for an 8 week temporary role, with the potential to go longer.

Due to extended lead and a busy time in the business, the incredible People and Culture Manager needs an experienced and reliable right-hand person to support with all types of HR Coordination, from onboarding to inductions, to managing lower level HR queries.

What you need to be successful in this role?

• A minimum of 2 years HR Coordination experience
• Have worked in a fast paced environment - blue collar, retail or health care experience are really transferable
• Excellent organisation skills
• WorkDay experience - this is a must to hit the ground running with the system
• High energy and friendly - a confident people person
• Be a strong communicator - giving regular updates, chasing people for information - while able to build strong internal and external relationships
