We're urgently seeking experienced Blue-Collar Recruiters for temp assignments (with the potential of becoming permanent).
If you have previous experience recruiting blue collar (production) roles and can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you!
BLUE COLLAR RECRUITER
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temp to Perm
Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) 1x WFH Day after training
Location: Kewdale, WA
Rate: $50-60 per hour
Essential Requirements:
- Background recruiting blue collar production roles including Dump Truck, Dozer, Digger, Excavator, Loader, and Shovel Operators
- Demonstrated success in high-volume blue-collar recruitment
- Adept at placing adverts, phone screening applicants and conducting interviews
- Experience gathering compliance documents (tickets, licenses, work rights etc.)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks with no impact to accuracy, quality or service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
