Due to our continued success in providing this service to our clients and candidates, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Consultant to be our representative in Perth. This role will be based around the Perth CBD with clients in Welshpool and O'Connor

The Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to:

• Develop and successfully deliver recruitment strategies for our clients
• Advertise, screen, interview suitable candidates for vacant roles with clients
• Working closely with fellow consultants and Account Managers
• Onboarding of successful candidates through the CRM
• Filling of job orders
• Candidate Care
• Database Management
• Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
• Client site visits, deliver Tool Box Talks to candidates onsite.
• Adhoc duties

About You

• Experience as a recruitment consultant in the blue collar labour hire market
• Maturity to make decisions on-the-fly
• A high level of attention to detail and a genuine passion to deliver exceptional customer service
• Gets along with others and works well in a team environment
• Has enthusiasm, a dynamic personality, and a high desire to achieve
• Has excellent presentation and very good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good sense of humour and ability to work in a lively environment
