The Roles

🌱 Nursery Team Members

Hands-on work including prepping, labelling, ticketing, picking, packing, trimming, spacing, grading, and general site maintenance. No experience needed - full on job training.

👷🏻‍♀️ Transplanting/Machine Operators

Work on our transplanting, seeding or potting lines, preparing products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality control. Basic computer and literacy skills are required.

🪴Grower Team Members

This team has weekday and weekend work available and are specifically looking for candidates with a genuine passion for plants. Opportunity to work with world class growing facilities learning a diverse range of growing techniques across a wide variety of species. Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with good time management.

🚛 Transport Operators & Packer

HR/HC licenced driver needed with multi-drop experience for local deliveries across South East Queensland, Sunshine Coast, or Western Downs. Opportunities to assist with packing on non-delivery days available too. Also looking for a HC licenced driver to perform regular weekly runs from Adare to Beerwah return with media product for the nursery - ideally suit some semi-retired or only wanting for casual work.

Important Info

Monday to Friday availability (up to 12-hour shifts in peak season, start time anywhere from 6.00am on).

Work continues rain or shine across a mix of environments - sheds, glasshouses, and outdoor areas.

Roles start as casual with potential for permanent positions for the right candidates.
