Your new role

As Civil Engineering Team Leader, you'll take the reins of a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters. This role blends technical leadership, project management, business development, and people mentoring to deliver a range of projects - from land development and urban renewal to regional upgrades and municipal works.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll have a proven track record in both leading and working across a broad range of engineering projects. Further, you'll have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Proven experience in civil design and/or delivery
  
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor teams
  
• Great project management and budgeting capabilities
  
• RPEQ/CPEng is advantageous, but not required
