Reporting directly to the QLD Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of a strong project pipeline, guide a growing team, and deliver high-impact civil infrastructure across roads, stormwater, public realm and urban development. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your way and the support to grow something special long term.

This business runs on a flat, agile structure. You’ll have direct access to the CEO and senior leaders, not layers of red tape. What we’re looking for

10+ years of experience in civil engineering with RPEQ (or working towards)

Proven leadership experience in managing teams and project delivery

Strong technical background across roads, stormwater, grading, and civil infrastructure

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors

Commercially confident with business development experience

Collaborative and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Passion for mentoring and developing others
