Predictive Recruitment Partners has been engaged by Green Mark Engineering to find an experienced, confident electrical or mechanical engineer who loves driving projects and using their initiative to achieve results, to join their growing team in a central Perth city location.

Their Perth office is growing, and they are therefore seeking experienced, passionate professionals to join their team of forward-thinking engineers.
About the role:
This role presents an opportunity for an experienced engineer to drive projects, lead discussions, and track actions to maintain momentum across all project areas. It will see you actively managing the flow of documentation, site reviews, and project inputs, ensuring everything is submitted and progressed on time.
You’ll ensure team members and stakeholders are aligned on what's needed, by when, and why it matters to keep communication flowing.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and chair meetings
- Drive deliverables in a timely manner
- Review and refine reports to ensure they accurately reflect timelines, recent milestones, upcoming events, and document status
- Coordinate site-based activities to confirm completion, integration, and readiness for handover
- Engage with GME engineers, clients, and contractors to close out issues and align priorities
- Track and categorise issues to streamline resolution
- Maintain visibility of project status
- Ensure systems are not just complete but effectively coordinated with adjacent services to support integration and QA
- Monitor budget and scope, escalating risks or inefficiencies early.

- At least 8 years’ experience in an electrical or mechanical engineering role

What you must have to apply for this role:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in either an electrical engineering role or a mechanical engineering role
- Proficiency in project management software such as Fresh Projects & Jira (or similar)
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- A preference for structured, process-driven work environments
- Police clearance (or the commitment to obtain clearance)
- Full working rights to work in Australia
