Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of electrical services design experience within the Australian building services industry.
• You are proficient in relevant design software and have a strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
• You are a natural leader with an active approach and excellent communication skills.
• You are committed to your own professional growth and enjoy mentoring others to help them succeed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of a variety of electrical engineering projects from design through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Mentoring and guiding less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and grow their careers.
• Actively participating in business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Managing project deliverables, including commercial aspects, risk, and quality assurance, to ensure successful outcomes.
