As we continue to grow, we are seeking a committed Formwork Supervisor / Structural Supervisor to join our team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing on-site formwork and structural operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets are met. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent coordination and communication with workers, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and manage formwork/structural crews

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inductions

Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers

Monitor work progress and provide accurate reporting to management

Complete daily Google Forms, including:

Site diaries

Delay registers (when delays occur)

ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), as required

Maintain compliance with project timelines and safety systems

Order materials and ensure appropriate resource planning

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in formwork or structural construction

Trade qualifications in carpentry, construction, or civil works

Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively

Solid understanding of formwork systems (e.g., PERI, DOKA)

Strong computer literacy for digital reporting (Google Forms, email, etc.)

White Card, valid driver's licence

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
