We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Drivers to join our container unloading team in Dandenong South. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are ready to commit to daily operations in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Key Requirements:

Valid Forklift License (LF)

Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts

Previous experience with container unloading/loading

Experience with slipsheet forklifts will be considered a strong advantage

Physically fit – able to lift cartons up to 25kg

No restrictions on manual handling

Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work

Team player who works well under pressure

Flexible with varying shift times (morning/afternoon)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently during container unloading

Perform manual handling and sorting of cartons (up to 25kg)

Collaborate closely with the warehouse and devanning team to meet daily productivity targets

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure procedures are followed correctly

Adhere to all health and safety protocols and site regulations
