The Innovative Solutions Consultant will play a key role in bringing interactive touch screen technology to life for schools, businesses, and community organisations. You’ll work hands-on with installations, provide training and support, and help clients choose solutions that best meet their needs. While the role involves guiding clients through their options, it’s less about “hard selling” and more about understanding people, building trust, and offering helpful, practical advice. Full training will be provided for the right person who has strong communication skills, enjoys working with technology, and takes a solution-focused, customer-first approach.

We’re looking for an Innovative Solutions Consultant to join our team, specialising in touch screen solutions for education, business, and community organisations.

In this role, you’ll:

Work with clients to identify their needs and recommend the right touch screen solutions

Assist with installation, set-up, and configuration

Provide basic training and technical support to ensure clients get the most out of their investment

Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service and solution-focused thinking

Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel statewide
