As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to appoint Corporate Relationships Consultant to join our high performing and passionate corporate relationships team in Launceston. Our Corporate Relationships Consultants play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate partner Astute Simplicity Health to provide Private Health Insurance products and additional services to our corporate members.
The Role
This Corporate Relationships Consultant role is based in our stunning new Launceston Health Hub, and will suit a friendly, self-driven and ambitious individual. In this phone-based role you will:
Promote and market products and services
Prospect new customers and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain excellent client relationships
Provide quotation follow-up and conversion
Work cohesively in a team environment to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Collate data from phone calls and add into internal systems
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven sales capability with previous sales experience working with KPI’s
Ability to manage enquiries and overcome objections effectively
Exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills
The ability to comprehensively understand products, services and customer needs
Advanced computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Ability to multi-task, updating systems whilst conversing over the phone
A team player who is self-motivated, results driven, resilient and determined to succeed
A positive attitude with the drive and determination to generate sales
Time management and organisational skills
