About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Travel Support Consultant to join our relaxed but focused team. This is a behind-the-scenes support role perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with suppliers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders to help bring complex itineraries to life.

Please note: This is not a consulting or front-line sales position. You will not be client-facing but instead will provide critical support to the travel design and sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating bookings and managing supplier communications
• Assisting with itinerary preparation and ensuring all travel details are accurate
• Handling flight bookings and ticketing when required
• Entering and maintaining data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Conducting quality checks on arrangements before documentation is finalised
• Providing administrative and operational support to the broader team

What We're Looking For

• A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer literacy and a quick learner of new systems
• Prior experience in a travel coordination, operations, or support role
• GDS experience is a must: Sabre desirable, happy to cross train from Amadeus, and Galileo
