Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Second-in-Command (2IC) Pick & Pack Assistant to support the Warehouse Manager in running daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Help oversee and drive daily warehouse pick & pack operations to meet order deadlines.

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.

Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming stock.

Train and supervise junior pickers/packers.

Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.

Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

Cover manager duties when required.

Proactively identify process improvements to boost efficiency.

Key Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including pick-and-pack and supervisory duties.

High attention to detail, strong time-management skills.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Forklift license preferred.

Physically capable of manual handling (stock up to ~20 kg).

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS or inventory software.
