$70,000 - $80,000 per year + superannuation (depending on experience)

Indirect, a lighting company established in 2019 and located in Artarmon, is currently expanding. We are a family-operated business committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service. In our growth journey, we are in search of a dependable Warehouse Assistant and Driver to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

The Warehouse Assistant and Driver will have responsibilities including:

• Executing local Sydney multi-drop deliveries in the company van
• Loading and unloading all outgoing goods
• Ensuring precise receipt and dispatch of goods at a high standard
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damages, and verifying order accuracy
• Properly labeling, categorizing, and storing products, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Collaborating with the sales team to fulfill customer orders
• Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and company van, disposing of packaging materials properly
• Serving as the point of contact for local deliveries and communicating with end clients
• Assisting with stocktake and product assembly, including labeling
• Handling phone calls and performing ad hoc administrative duties
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements for the position include:

• A valid driver's license
• Previous warehouse assistant experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15kgs)
• Capability to work independently and in a team, following managerial directions
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
