We’re on the hunt for a Residential Internal Account Manager / Broker Support person to become the glue that holds together consultants, clients, lenders, and partners throughout the home loan journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of it all—supporting consultants, guiding clients, and making the loan process feel seamless from application to settlement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, lenders, and referral partners—keeping everyone in the loop with clear, timely communication.
Managing the home loan journey from consultant handover to post-settlement, handling documentation and chasing up all the moving pieces.
Providing insights on lender policies and product options, helping consultants and clients make informed decisions.
Reviewing income docs, conducting servicing assessments, and ensuring applications are accurate and complete.
Working closely with lenders, assessors, conveyancers, and real estate agents to smooth out any bumps along the way.
Keeping data sharp and up to date across CRMs and other platforms.
Handling pricing, servicing queries, loan discharges, and policy clarifications to keep the process running like clockwork.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience & Knowledge:
Previous experience in a home loan support role—whether it’s broker support, credit analysis, customer service, or relationship management.
Sound knowledge of home loan products, lender policies, and processes—ideally across major banks like ANZ, Westpac, Macquarie, NAB, etc.
Familiarity with CRM systems and aggregator platforms like Mercury or AoL is a plus.
Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Services / Mortgage Broking and/or FBAA/MFAA accreditation (desirable).
