We’re looking for someone with a passion for helping people learn and grow. If are a natural communicator who can make complex information easier to understand, this role could be an exciting next step for you.
Working closely with the Training and Knowledge Manager, you’ll be integral to skills and knowledge development within our Customer Experience team by ensuring information in our Knowledge Management System stays accurate and up to date as well as providing administrative support and helping to assist and run training programs. You’ll play a big part in helping our team feel confident and ready to support our members.
About the job:
Under direction, draft and update articles in our Knowledge Management System
Assist with building helpful learning resources like quizzes, surveys and other feedback tools
Provision of administration support for our Knowledge Management System, including following up article feedback, coordinating article reviews and preparing reporting
Provision of administration support for training programs, including updating registers and schedules, booking and configuring rooms, calendar invites and ensuring appropriate technology is available.
With assistance, support or deliver training to staff
About you:
If you’re a person who is organised, detail-oriented, adaptable to change and have an interest in training and development, this could be a great next step for you! You should be able to understand complex information (rules and procedures) and be a great all-round communicator.
