We’re looking for a thoughtful and proactive Product Designer to join a growing product team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you enjoy solving complex UX challenges and designing tools that actually make people’s jobs easier, this could be your next move.

What you’ll focus on:

• Mapping out workflows and identifying friction in the current experience, then improving them.
• Creating UI patterns and reusable components that keep things consistent without being restrictive.
• Testing early ideas and interactive prototypes with users and bringing those insights into the design loop.
• Introducing tools, processes, or tech that help the design process run smoother and faster (AI included, if it helps).

The kind of experience that helps in this role:

• You’ve worked across the full design process and enjoy both strategy and detail.
• You know how to build a design system, and when to keep things simple.
• You’ve designed products where users interact with complex data or workflows, and you made it feel easy.
• You don’t need permission to talk to a user, test an idea, or suggest a new approach.
• You use Figma well, and probably have a few plug-ins you couldn’t live without.

Bonus if you’ve worked on platforms with layered access, subscription tiers, or third-party integrations, but not essential.
