The Role – Design Manager As Design Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing the brand's vision to life across new and existing sites. You will lead and coordinate external design consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, functional, and on-brand environments from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process across all stages — layout planning, concept development, detailed documentation, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with external design agencies, architects, and shopfitters to ensure timely delivery, design integrity, and functional excellence.
• Manage signage and visual identity elements to align with brand standards.
• Conduct post-completion design reviews to evaluate outcomes and gather learnings for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of restaurant design, functionality, fixtures, and fittings.
• Ensure each site captures the spirit of the brand while remaining innovative and responsive to market trends.

• Proven experience in design management within the retail, hospitality, or QSR sector.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• High level of urgency and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
