Hi there! We're Five Good Friends, and we're an approved aged care and registered NDIS service provider. We help our clients (we call them Members) live vibrantly in their own homes by wrapping a care team around them and their families. Our software coordinates in the background so our teams can do their best work.

Five Good Friends strives to form high-quality, long-lasting connections between Members and their Helpers.
About the Role
We seek a passionate and experienced 'Community Coach', ideally with training qualifications in mentoring or coaching, or qualifications from the aged or disability sector, to join our team. We are looking for the right person to help us grow our personal care workers or Helpers (as we call them).
We are seeking someone who can engage and coach our Helpers so they can grow their businesses and support our clients or Members (as we call them) to live whole and engaged lives in their own homes.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
Using the GROW coaching model, coaches assist Helpers unlock their potential and increase their performance by boosting their self-confidence and motivation.
Using debriefing techniques, support Helpers' mental well-being if needed, after significant events.
Engage within Helpers in and around Melbourne (travel required - km reimbursed).
Act as a conduit between the FGF business and the Helpers for the Helper to build their own business whilst on the Five Good Friends platform
Support Five Good Friends in launching new products, systems and features for Helpers.
Do you have what it takes?
5 years’ experience in the aged care, disability sector and/or community care.
1-year minimum experience in a coaching role or instructing others.
Experience using the GROW coaching model or similar.

Flexible work options – this role is remote, you will work with helpers in members' homes and undertake administration duties from home

One free Five Good Friends membership plan, which covers the Care Management fees. This can be used for a loved one who is supported by Five Good Friends. This could be worth more than $7000/yr.
