About Strong Women Can
At Strong Women Can, we help women get strong, build muscle, and train with purpose. Our studios are built for performance and progression - whether that’s chasing your first chin-up, building lean mass, or lifting heavy for the long haul. But we also know that real results come from consistency, coaching, and community - and that’s what sets us apart.
We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for an experienced Studio Manager & Senior Coach to help us lift the standard even higher.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position for someone who thrives in both coaching and leadership. You’ll split your time between delivering high-quality training sessions and running the day-to-day operations of our Highett studio.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Studio Management
Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth, high-performance environment
Leading coach rosters, timetables, and use of shared spaces
Supporting team development, onboarding, and accountability
Assisting with lead management, consults, and member experience systems
Collaborating on events, internal education, and community engagement
Ensuring the studio reflects our values, culture, and standards
Coaching & Program Delivery
Delivering exceptional 1:1 and small group sessions focused on strength, hypertrophy, and performance
Programming for real-world results: movement quality, progression, body composition, and long-term health
Coaching women at all life stages, including pre/postnatal, peri/menopause, and beginner lifters
Supporting members with education on training, recovery, mindset, and sustainable behaviour change
Creating a positive, motivating space where women feel seen, supported, and challenged
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Are a highly skilled coach with a strong grasp of strength training principles
Are organised, self-directed, and great at managing people and priorities
Care about outcomes and the people behind them
Want to build something meaningful, not just clock in for sessions
Communicate clearly and lead with integrity
Required Skills & Experience:
Cert III & IV in Fitness (Diploma or higher valued)
3+ years of coaching experience, ideally with women
Prior leadership, operational, or people management experience
Solid understanding of female physiology and training adaptations
Comfortable with basic business tools (email, scheduling, spreadsheets, etc.)
Current First Aid & CPR
What You’ll Get:
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + super + performance bonuses, based on experience and leadership capability
Growth pathway into a senior leadership or education role
Ongoing professional development, mentoring, and support
Opportunities to lead events, deliver workshops, and contribute to strategy
A high-performing, purpose-led team who are redefining what strength looks like for women
The chance to shape the future of a standout women’s strength brand and raise the industry standards for coaching women.
