We are looking for a Permanent Full time or Part time Front of House / Customer Service – Plus Dry Cleaners to join our busy laundry facility.

You will perform the role of customer service, scanning, sorting, QA and bagging within the dry cleaning production line.

Main tasks:

Perform the role of ‘book in’ at the ‘Front House’ area.

Perform the role as required to answer incoming and outgoing phone calls / emails.

Perform on call duties as required to support and coordinate the production process understanding the basic flow of work as per the daily production schedule.

Perform basic production duties/tasks in the areas of pressing and apparel/Finishing.

The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people management skills.

The ability to operate as an effective organiser of team leaders across various tasks and areas in a busy factory working environment.

Impeccable attention to detail

Ability to identify potential inconsistencies, inefficiencies and incompetence with the work environment and work positively and promptly to propose and implement improved resolutions.

Extensive fabric knowledge for quality garment care.

Experienced chemical knowledge for quality garment care.

Strong track record with developing and implementing disciplined systems and procedures for Quality Production and Workplace Health & Safety.

Proven track record in at least one of the following roles; Dry Cleaner, Retail Sales & Service or Despatching / Logistics in a production environment.
