About the role

Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls Brisbane is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our rapidly growing new team in Wacol, Queensland. As a full-time Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner

Handling customer orders, returns and complaints with care and empathy

Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries and concerns

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry would be highly regarded
