Customer Service Representative

P&M Plastics, part of the HB Plastics Group — the fastest-growing plastics manufacturing group in South East Queensland — is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We pride ourselves on innovation, fast turnaround times, and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and website enquiries from customers

Prepare quotes and assist customers with product questions

Process sales orders and issue invoices

Liaise with the production team to coordinate job timelines

Organise deliveries via our shipping platforms and couriers

Keep customers updated on order status and delivery schedules

Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in our CRM system

IMPORTANT. The role requires an 8.00am start.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service, admin or sales support (manufacturing or trade industry preferred but not essential)

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and willingness to learn our products and processes

Basic computer skills (experience using CRM and invoicing software like Xero is a bonus)
