Inbound Customer Support Specialist (Work from Home)

Retirement Essentials is a growing company dedicated to helping senior Australians make informed financial decisions in retirement. We provide step-by-step support, with a core focus on assisting with the Age Pension, and are looking for a genuine and caring Inbound Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love to help people and are passionate about providing high-quality service. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing information and support via phone, assisting them with their questions about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from clients and addressing their inquiries.

Providing information and support regarding our products and services.

Directing clients to the appropriate resources or team members when necessary.

Documenting client interactions accurately.

What we're looking for:

A genuine desire to help others and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work comfortably in a digital environment.

A supportive, friendly, and genuine attitude.

Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Mature-aged applicants are ideal for this role. Most of our members are seniors and they appreciate speaking with staff who have similar life experiences.

This is a work-from-home position however, to ensure seamless team collaboration and client support, applicants would ideally be located in either NSW, ACT, Vic or Tas. QLD applicants can apply but MUST be able to adjust their working hours to suit daylight savings time. Reliable high-speed internet connection required (minimum 50Mbps download speed).

We offer a competitive salary package of $60K - $65K and provide professional growth and progression opportunities, including the potential to be promoted into our Claims Processing Team.
