Our office has experienced unprecedented growth and we are looking for the right person to help us continue our momentum in the role of Finance and Mortgage Support Officer (loan writer).

In this position you will work alongside the principal and a team of loan writers and are expected to be able to hit the ground running with applications from start to end. We are looking for someone with lending/ banking/ broking experience to provide our customers a seamless/insightful experience.

Skills expected of the applicant:

Manage loan applications through to settlement

Understanding of various lending bank policies

Maintain key relationships with banks and stakeholders

Excellent customer service edict & problem-solving attitude

Support the principal and broking colleagues with loan applications

Well versed in various lending scenarios including construction loans, SMSF, FHOG, family guarantor loans etc. (all is a bonus)

Job Requirements:

2+ years previous experience in banking/ broking/ home lending.

Good, positive attitude

Excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills

Nice to have:

Experience in apply online and Finsure systems

Drivers' license

Cert IV or Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking
