Senior Manager - Project Performance & Optimization - Banking

Developing and managing relationships within the business unit and across the retail banking community, your primary focus will be ensuring quality information is provided to optimise decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic planning for the QBR's using OKR to portfolio processes
• Oversee resource allocation.
• Ensure adoption of industry-leading methodologies and technology frameworks.
• Enhance reporting quality and operational controls to mitigate risks effectively.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure successful organisational changes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage cross-cutting initiatives effectively.
• Drive strategic planning processes and oversee resource allocation.
• Analyse data sets to identify potential risks and issues.
• Deliver insightful reports to drive actionable outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Senior Manager or Manager from a consultancy or a large bank who has worked on quarterly business reviews, objective key results and portfolio management.
• Resource strategy and allocation
• Passion for internal investment yield improvement.
• Interest in shaping the future of retail banking.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience.
• Previous experience in Financial Services needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
