Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients from multiple partners within the firm.
• Client meetings with Partners.
• Workflow management, succession planning, business planning, profitability forecasting, cash flow forecasting, business sales and purchases.
• Help clients run their business from a financial reporting perspective.
• Provide tax and business advisory services.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager/Supervisor level role.
• CA or CPA qualification in Australia.
• Great leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools.
