What you'll be doing

Assisting mortgage brokers in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation

Liaising with lenders and clients to obtain necessary information and approvals

Maintaining client records and databases to ensure accurate and timely processing of loans

Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan application process

Supporting the broader mortgage broking team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a mortgage broking assistant position

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and lending procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and lenders

Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Proficient in using CRM systems and mortgage application software
