FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a a friendly accounting firm based in Bondi Junction. This firm is close to public transport. This firm is growing at a rapid rate and led by a very friendly and personable director.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

• Support the accounting team
• Client relationship management
• Managing workflow and deadlines
• Liaising with the ATO
• Back up ASIC Corporate Compliance
• Database management
• Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (non negotiable, admin experience from other industries will not be considered)
• Experience with all facets of public practice administration
• Experience with XPM, Xero and Virtual Cabinet would be highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be a team player
