Your Role:

In this pivotal position, you’ll harness your insurance broking expertise to manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients. Your expertise will guide them through their risk management and risk transfer needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support and advice they deserve.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing an existing portfolio of mid-market and corporate accounts with a focus on strategic account management.

- Assisting with onboarding of new business accounts alongside the CEO.

- Negotiating effectively with insurers to secure the best outcomes for our clients.

- Account administration, report writing, client claims support and debtor control with precision and care.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of General Insurance Broking experience

Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) (preferred and/or willingness to obtain)

Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP and insurer underwriting portals

Proven experience and technical knowledge to advise on a broad range of commercial insurance products

Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

Remuneration up to $140k based on experience

Full-Time, office-based with hybrid working conditions available on negotiation (performance-based)
