Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll through precise data entry.

Monthly financial statements preparation includes profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliation

Payroll & STP reporting, superannuation, payroll tax and ATO obligations & deadlines.

Create invoices, payments, and receipts.

Daily reconcile bank statements for multiple entities

Independently manage month-end processes for group

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Work with external auditor for end of financial year reporting.

Contact external tax agent for tax compliance and ASIC administration dutiues.

Handle GST and BAS preparation and monthly income tax provision

Process expense reimbursements.

Treasury duty and mortgage loan support service

Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

5+ years qualified accountant experience with advanced Xero skills

Proven expertise in financial report, tax compliance , budgeting and analysis

Advanced Excel and razor‑sharp reconciliation capability

Exposure to property development, construction or project‑based accounting (highly regarded)

Detail‑driven, self‑starting , fast pace and resilient under deadline pressure
