The Opportunity

As our Accountant, you’ll manage the day-to-day finance operations of the Ashley & Martin Group, delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful KPI dashboards and performance analysis that help shape the future of our business.

You’ll work closely with our CFO, collaborate with senior leaders and gain exposure to a wide range of finance and operational projects — all while being part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Month-end close, reconciliations & preparation of management accounts

GST & income tax returns

KPI dashboards & bespoke financial analysis

Process improvement & operational efficiency projects

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years accounting/finance experience

Accounting/Finance Degree (CA/CPA qualified or in progress)

Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience (NetSuite a bonus)

Strong analytical skills & accuracy

Proactive approach with excellent time management
