Company
This services consultancy has a strong and experienced leadership team. They work in close partnership with professional services firms to help drive meaningful business outcomes, bringing an innovative and forward-thinking approach to everything they do. They are highly outcomes-focused — not just offering ideas, but delivering tangible improvements across governance, finance, operations, and overall organisational performance. Their work is underpinned by a clear commitment to integrity, clarity, and strong values.
Position
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a key role in supporting the transformation of the finance function and broader operating model over the next 12 months. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, as well as a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the focus will be on ensuring the successful and timely delivery of key projects and finance duties. A core part of the role will involve strengthening financial controls, policies, and procedures, while also helping to shape the future of the finance function. This includes working to ensure systems and processes are aligned, connected, and fit for purpose to support future growth.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a confident and capable finance manager with strong technical skills in financial reporting, controls, and compliance. They will also bring proven experience leading finance, governance, and organisational change projects, with the ability to manage complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders and functions.
A hands-on, delivery-focused approach is key, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence at senior levels across finance, legal, and operations.
This person will combine technical expertise with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset, helping to strengthen controls, improve governance, enhance systems connectivity, and ensure finance plays a key role in driving the organisation’s future success.
Benefits
A flexible, hybrid working model to support work-life balance.
High visibility and strong backing from both regional and global leadership teams.
