ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager-Retail, this Finance Analyst role is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support store operations globally. You'll be a key business partner to commercial sales leaders, driving process improvements in financial and operational reporting while ensuring critical metrics are delivered on time.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, high-volume retail business.

DUTIES

• Partner with regional sales leaders to deliver financial insights and analysis
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, wages, and KPIs
• Manage store manager bonus reporting and sales/wage targets
• Support month-end processes, including CODB analysis, store contribution, and variance reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Contribute to process improvements in operational and financial reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Finance/Accounting degree with CA/CPA completed or in progress (highly regarded)
• Previous experience as a Finance or Business Analyst in a retail environment beneficial
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business
