To support their continued growth through exceeding customers' expectations, they're now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or Sales Executive to join their team.

You’ll need

• Proven experience winning new clients and converting sales within the construction or architectural industry.
• Familiarity with windows and or facade systems and solutions.
• A strong track record in managing both new and existing client relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and high professional integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A genuine interest in finding the right long-term role
