About the Role
This position is a mix of technical support and sales, working with both trade and retail customers. You’ll help customers choose the right suspension solutions, provide accurate technical advice, prepare quotes, and ensure our showroom and service standards are top-notch.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing technical support to trade and retail customers

Generating and following up on sales leads

Preparing sales orders and quotes

Maintaining showroom displays and presentation

Liaising with the Workshop Supervisor on customer vehicle fittings

Delivering exceptional service from enquiry to after-sales

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has technical motor vehicle knowledge (4WD suspension or mechanical experience an advantage)

Is passionate about 4WDs and adventure products

Communicates clearly and works well with people

Has sales and/or customer service experience

Is organised with strong time management skills

Is honest, reliable, and self-motivated

Has basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills

Preferred but Not Essential:

Experience in a 4WD/off-road retail environment

Mechanical background or strong 4WD knowledge

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Sales and negotiation skills with a confident, customer-facing manner

Suitable for a mechanic or technician seeking a new career path
