An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Project Officers to join major infrastructure programs within a large NSW Government agency. These roles support the development and delivery of business-critical infrastructure projects by managing documentation, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of infrastructure projects in line with established project management methodologies.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support timely and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including status reports, risk registers, and stakeholder briefs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective project communication and governance.
• Monitor project performance, track milestones, and escalate issues where required.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support informed planning and decision-making.

About You:

• Experience in project support or coordination roles, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or government settings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confident preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and tracking project progress.
• Skilled in liaising with multiple stakeholders and facilitating working groups or consultations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
